I installed the battery exactly the way that it was supposed to. When I plug in my charger it shows that its charging but stays at 0%. I unistalled and reinstalled the battery drivers to no avail. I have a 15 R4 Alienware Laptop running windows 10. Looks like I am going to have to return it.

Compre la batería hace un mes y lo primero que indicaba la descripción es que era compatible con mi Alienware 15 R3. Desde que la instale me dijo que no era compatible y que el voltaje no era suficiente. Hoy me reporta la laptop que la vida útil de la batería llegó a su final.
