Review: FAN SUDDENDLY STOPPED WORKING AFTER MORE THAN 12,000 HOURS OF USE - I guess nothing lasts forever. the little fan just died today and i'm going to have to buy another one... from the same seller. why? well i have used this every single day, twice and almost three times a day for nearly two years. I have done the correct maintenance and cleaning, being extremely careful not to wet the fan. I did replace the USB cable because the humidity did some rusting and the power was failing. Once cleaned and replaced, it worked perfectly as new. I recommend covering the C cable connection to the diffuser with some material ( cardboard, plastic, fabric) to minimize the rusting . The fan also needs to be cleaned from time to time from the lint and dust. I used a compressed gas electronic duster. After two years of using it 24/7, maybe the fan was getting a little louder but i got used to the noise. The difusser is in my bedroom and sometimes i wake up when it shuts off and the noise stops. This time i am getting the white one because the black gets too many white water marks (when water dries) and it needs a constant cleaning. Even when i have a water conditioning filter for the entire house, i still get the water marks. Hopefully the new one will also lasts as long as the first one. I recommend this product 100% and i am buying it again
Review: beautiful smell - this product is amazing my room has never smelt better and this product is easy to use you just add water then add any scent you want i personally added in cologne and had the room smelling like my signature scent as it smells amazing it really capitalized the aroma in my room. this product barely makes any noise but if you were just going about your day you would definitely not hear it at all. it took me a minute to find out how to switch colors but it is really easy to do just took a while. the product has an auto shut off feature when water gets into where it’s not supposed to and it works i got water into those places before and it wouldn’t turn on until it’s dry and that’s an amazing feature so you don’t break anything. this is over all an amazing room and i would definitely recommend if you want you room smelling better in minutes

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does it charge or do I have to leave it plugged in?**
A: Plugged in unfortunately. But worth it. It's beautiful and quiet.

**Q: Is there a way I can make more smoke appear?**
A: If you let it sit the first time you start it then it will produce more vapor over time. After about a couple hours that should be the max output of vapor.

**Q: How do you make it stay on longer**
A: Mine stays on for hours, just make sure you have enough water in the chamber, maybe add more water when it stops.

**Q: Does it use regular water or distilled?**
A: Lord just pour in water to the line, place the cover back on, and push the button

### ⭐ Looks Nice, But Stopped Working Quickly
*by C***. on July 14, 2026*

I really wanted to love this diffuser because the flame effect looks beautiful in the product photos, but my experience was disappointing. The flame mist effect was inconsistent from the start, and after only a short time it barely produced any mist at all. The remote was also hit-or-miss and didn’t always respond unless I was standing right next to the unit. The water tank is smaller than I expected, so it needs frequent refilling, and the overall build feels lightweight and a bit cheap. I also noticed a faint plastic smell during the first few uses that took away from the aromatherapy experience. For the price, I expected something more reliable. It looks nice sitting on a shelf, but the performance just didn’t live up to the description. Unfortunately, I missed the deadline to return it.
