Perfect for me
I like these very much because, while they have no flavor themselves, they take on whatever flavor with which I cook them. I like their texture, and I like that they are both low cal and low carb. I do not think of them as a “pasta substitute.” They are there own thing.

Great value
This is a unique product for certain low fat diets. I use it daily to complement my protein intake. Taste is nonexistent but if cooked with broth it will absorb flavor. It is difficult to find at the supermarket therefore purchasing it in packs off our is super convenient. The package was delivered three days before expected. Great service and deal!

Its Good but on the first time i cook i was afraid because it is my first time .but so far so good

Not what I was expecting
If you are expecting a product that will cook up into a light fluffy replacement for rice, this isn't it. The best I have been able to get is something similar to beans or al dente pasta as, even cooked exactly per the instructions on the packaging, the "rice" has a firm exterior. Maybe I just haven't figured it out.

Good Taste and Texture Without the Carbs and Calories
I love these little pearls with cream, vanilla extract and stevia for a delicious and simple rice pudding without all the carbs and calories! Good for my gut in the process!

Excellent for KETO
Not much flavor, but I bought it mainly for texture and bulk. If you miss rice in your cuisines then this is for you.

The rice type is gross
This stuff is terrible. Little small balls of plastic like stuff. Comes packed in water. When I cut the bag open to drain the water I thought I would gag. It has a horrible fish smell. I followed the directions. Rinsed it, boiled it and tried to dry it out in a pan as directed. The fish smell finally dissipated. The "rice" has no flavor. I chewed and chewed and chewed. The little balls were still there. Maybe the noodles are better. But this rice stuff is horrible. What a waste of money.

Easy to make, no flavor
It does say that each serving has 10 cal. But I didn't enjoy eating it as it's flavorless. May be my taste buds are still getting used to of it.
