Bryan's wife, Katrina, here, writing this review. I've now been using PMS comfort for an entire year and after just missing 4 days can tell you I will never make sure I run out again. I have tried numerous products but nothing has worked for me like this program and it's really far beyond a supplement. The program part comes from the amount of support this company offers outside of their incredible supplement. I enjoy that they still send old school education paperwork in their packages, for me it says how much they all truly care. I haven't use their nurse line yet but I know I have access and during one phone call with the company I was told I could speak with the Dr if I needed. Regarding the PMS comfort though, before my periods were becoming more difficult each month: sore breast, extreme fatigue, horrific cramps, moddiness etc. PMS comfort took 2-3 months to build up in my system just as their information states but by month 3 I began to notice a difference and today, a year later, I welcome the 3-4 days a month I have my period b/c it not longer causes me strife. I have the Multi-herbal and CMS as well and while I do not take either, daily, I can say that when I do take the CMS I seem to fall asleep that much easier. Writing this actually made me question why I am not taking the multi daily and will begin tomorrow? Beyond 5 stars, this product has changed my life!
