Good taste, but if the mints were 3-4x their size it would work better in my view.

I am snacking on them once in a while when I'm at my desk. They have a good taste. It gives me a headache if I eat more than 5 in the same morning. The symptoms are very correlated to the intake of these pills. So I would be carefull. It does the same to me when I chew xilitol chewing gum by the way. I think it's the xilitol that does that. I also think it works well on my teeth since I didn't have any new cavities the last time I went to the dentist. My enamel is gone on some of my back teeth so new cavities happen all the time :( I'm using xilitol since it may be responsible for starving the bacterias responsible of the cavities. On top of that I brush 4 times a day with an electric toothbrush and use baking soda and mouth rinse (yes that much...). I would be careful on eating too much of xilitol, there are some controversy out htere. Do your own research and make up your own mind about it.

Other reviewers talked about containing more xylitol per serving. That is not true, the serving is two pieces. The Spry fruit mints are more basically sweet and smooth. Epic Xylitol is powdery and I can't really say I notice any benefits of either, or any xylitol for that matter. I bought spry and epic together, I do appreciate the variety and I also appreciate Epic's convenient case. I used to keep loose spry in my pockets while at work. Epic is easy to keep in all social and professional situations I have been following Dr. Ellie Phillips's protocol for two months and notice not difference at all. My teeth are feeling super clean, but I attribute that to sugar and flour free diet. The decay on my teeth is not improving, though I will admit it does not seemed to be getting worse. I expected brighter, whiter, more healthful teeth. I consume the recommended 5-10 grams.
