Heavy duty, large ladder is great for reaching my roof. You need a lot of space in your garage to store but can be hung on the wall without getting in the way. It is heavy and long even when retracted so you need space to maneuver. Its easy to use and locks into place nicely.

Oh boy it's heavy.I'm a strong guy but I barely can lift and place this ladder by myself. It's sturdy and all but very HEAVY ! Also, not sure if it's standard but I find it too narrow. When you're at the top it doesn't feel very stable.

Great ladder. Heavy but sturdy. So far I've used it to clean my gutters and rescue my cat from a very tall tree. Not a fun experience, but at least I had a great ladder by my side lol

Extremely sturdy ladder at a good price. Delivery was prompt. Very happy with it!

Just what I wanted

Delivery was a few days late. Delivery guys were great, but the ladder was damaged at the bottom. There was a big crack, just didn’t seem safe to use, so had to do a return. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my husband. He was excited for it too. I’m a little disappointed.

It is very sturdy and well built.

Ladder is great. Shipping company sucked. Communication sucked.
