I was concerned about complications, since my countertop chip was on the corner of a rounded edge. The product was actually easier to use than anticipated. I did do 2 layers to build it up out of caution. Super easy to sand down and shape after around 15-20 minutes of application. All in all took about 10 minutes, including taping around the chip. Worked great, Not a perfect solution, but barely noticeable.

I needed to repair a hole where a pebble fell out of my smooth quartz shower wall. I ordered the clear version of the product and uses painter’s tape to protect the area around the hole and used one long strip below it to protect against any drips or strings from the mixture. I used all of the nozzles that came in the kit since the mixture would drip after a few minutes and I wanted to make sure the hole was filled completely. The smell was not nearly as bad as other reviewers claimed. I let it set for 3 hours and then used the 2 included sanding pads. I was worried about scratches but since I used painter’s tape, there was no scratching. The smoother pad was really just for the final polish. It turned out amazingly well as you can see in my photos. The only way I could tell that I patched the hole is if I shine a UV flashlight on it and then it glows white. I will definitely use this product again when I need to do any future patches.

I almost never right reviews, but i feel I have to for this product as it almost sent me to the ER. Now I am an artist and have experience with toxic fumes but didn't realize the degree this product contained. I didn't see anything stating to use a respirator and i pored about the same amount of chemical composition as was shown in the demo video. When I started to mix the product i noticed a strong smell so I opened the windows. It started getting worse so I went outside to continue mixing the mixture (which recommends 2 min) but it was getting worse, I tried the best I could to get through the mixing and applying processes so I could let it be. I quickly noticed though feeling very ill (an experience I am familiar with when not using proper PPE with chemicals). I started feeling very sick to my stomach and my throat in a lot of pain. This lasted until the next day and I had all the windows open in my place. I honestly thought I was going to need to go to the ER for using about a gram of the product. I strongly do not recommend using this, I am in my 20's and still having some symptom the same day. I honestly would like an apology by the company

I am very happy with product. Had an edge chip on my quartz countertop where the edge of a bottle struck the edge of the countertop. I was concerned about an edge repair but no issues. I was able to sand it down within 6 hrs. Of course, it is not a perfect pattern match but can only see it if you look for it.

Worked really well on my chipped quartz kitchen counter. Not sure about the people complaining of the smell as I had zero smell. Followed directions exactly and as you can see in the before and after photos, it fixed it perfectly.

I bought this to seal the gap between the countertop. Not so great smell when mixing the gel and hardening liquid together. The applying process is easy and it dries fast. However, my countertop is polished granite so after I applied, it got hard and fell like plastic. Not easy to remove the excess. I don't think you can cut it with a knife. It might be great for plastic or other counter but it's not for granite for sure. The plastic quality is not easy to sand because sanding it down will release more bad fume. Not recommending this product.

Kit de réparation acheté afin de réparer une petite cavité sur un comptoir de quartz. Il s'agit de mélanger 2 produits en tube (rapport1:10) puis de l'introduire à l'endroit à réparer. Le tout s'est bien déroulé sauf que vs devez procéder de la bonne façon... Je partage ainsi mon expérience acquise et faisant à 2 reprises cette réparation. La première application n'a pas été un succès car l'ajout de ce produit excédait la ligne du comptoir. Il y avait donc un petit ronflement qui dépassait cette cavité et la ligne du comptoir. Puis, en tentant de retirer cet excès en utilisant une lame de rasoir classique, et parce que le produit sèche assez rapidement, du moins en périphérie, j'ai retiré toute le produit qui était dans la cavité.... disons qu'il en restait un peu. Deuxième tentative, l'idée est d'en ajouter avec l'aide d'un cure-dent afin de ne pas dépasser la ligne du comptoir. Une fois suffisamment séché, il devient plus facile de retirer l'excès du produit avec une la me de rasoir. Le résultat est parfait et c'est l'expérience acquise. Le papier sablé fournit n'est d'aucune utilité car le produit devient beaucoup trop dur et il ne parvient pas à sabler l'excès. Voilà et compte tenu du résultat obtenu, je recommande ce produit.

A bit tricky to get the consistency, but once you have it and the product dries, it looks pretty good. Used on two small nicks in my quartz countertop and you can’t see them easily unless you are looking for them. I would caution about the sandpaper though, left some marks on the countertop around the area. Overall quite happy with it so far.

I wore the regular hospital mask and a fabric mask but the smell was still unbearable. I didn't sand it but just use drywall scrapper to remove the excess after 1hr because I was afraid If I were to sand it the dusk will into my lungs before using this, consider doing it in a open area with your Windows open with respirator mask. I feel bad for the workers that makes this product.

Works great, finish looks good and solid. Be carefull while sanding it down once its dry because the sanding paper they give leaves scratches on the countertop if you sand to much. Might have to polish around the repair, but overall it works great.
