I have dry eyes and also use a Cpap which sometimes blow air into my eyes, so when I get up in the mornings my eyes look as though I have not slept for years. From the first night of using Xailin Gel my eyes are looking so much awake and not heavy. I could not believe it, amazing! I will certainly buy again.

I can't get these eye drops anywhere else! I'm so glad Amazon stocks them. They are excellent to help me with my dry eye problems, as they are also hypoallergenic in the eye and preservative free.

Excellent product

I bought this as it said 'preservative-free' ('in the eye'), but it contains cetrimide. The product information says it "is an innovative multidose carbomer gel lubricant that becomes preservative-free in the eye" but other eye drops that say this use biodegradable preservatives that oxidise in the eye, like sodium perborate. I can't find any evidence that cetrimide is biodegradable, oxidises, or is removed in any way after application. I will return it for a refund and use some of the single-dose carbomer gel options which don't need preservatives.

My go-to gel for dry eyes. Easy to use, moisturises all day. Little tubes lasts ages. This gel is better than any other eye drops I have used
