Really works if you’re always bloated. Or have a hard time pooping. These are awesome been using them for a year now

Never tried a product like this before and was worried about tummy troubles but honestly didn’t have any! Would recommend to anyone doing their first cleans!

I don’t find it very cleansing if you know what I mean and I’m usually very sensitive to senna and cascara sagrada. So those must be in very small amounts. The overall blend is very nice and this is the 2nd time I’ve bought it, but I honestly don’t feel like it’s doing anything. I found another brand that’s a liver defend blend and that works great for liver detox when I’ve been hitting the weekend wine. That one contains tudca which also helps detox the gallbladder and assists digestion. I bought some senna tabs separately for when I feel like things are stagnant, as it were. And sometimes probiotics can upset my tummy for a day or 2 so I prefer to be able to cleanse without probiotics. I do think it’s a good product, I just found some things that work better with my body chemistry.
