Not Bad
It arrived on time although a little slow, took almost 3 weeks from China. I was a little worried as the Product details listed the brand as Generic, not Dyson. The product looks great, and i immediately went on the Dyson website and registered the warranty. I received an email from Dyson confirming.

Broke on first use
The media could not be loaded. Paid over £500 for this product, broke after the first use and the brushes were flimsy throughout. The heat was not as strong as another product i have tested in John Lewis. They sent me a brush when i asked for a refund. The product did not feel authentic and i will buy the product but just not from amazon to ensure it is real.

Bought for a family member for a birthday gift, can not fault this product best thing I have ever bought for someone, paid a great price and also had a lot of communication with seller, they even updated me when the Royal Mail strike was happening and the parcel was going to be late! Thank you!!!
