Didn't realize how bad my shifter felt until I swapped it out with this new shift lever. My original shifter would stick and not go into gear very well. I had already replace all the other shifter bushings (ONLY use the bushings from Dieselgeek) and this was the last part to refurbish my shifter assembly. It works, it's smooth, and I am happy!
