It's still more flexible than the case material, but not so flexible it can be easily pulled off the laptop with gentle pulling -- my only real complaint with the original in 2024. I'm very pleased to see this change was made -- and that product quality hasn't degraded, as many, many products have done over two years in the Marketplace.
