Is there a way to secure the ramps to the lip of my Honda Odessey to prevent slipping? Or recommended material that will secure the lip?

We put in on the bumper of a Jeep Grand Cherokee and haven't had any problems with slipping off. I use them for my motorized 4-wheel scooter.
