Jio Sim works well. Other Sim could not perform well with Micromax in 2c.
Overall it's very good smart phone. I found audio, video quality are alright. It's depend on how you used it. When I used handset with Vi and airtel Sim there is vibration at the speaker side. So I change jio Sim finally it's all right. Wifi call and voice call are perfect. No complaints

Software issues( don't buy)
Phone is budget friendly but it comes with major issues which i found while using few months:1. Shut down automatically without giving any warning then you have switch on the phone2. AFTER getting switched on it says entered pin is wrong , then again i have to restart this, then it works fine3. Phone camera is poor, as in this range there are phones which has better camera than this phone4. Something apps disappear from the trayI bought this phone for my mother as she is not technical in these terms she faces these issues and told me this phone is not good, I then analysed the phone by using myself.Now its been 6 months this phone giving me lots of trouble , I guess company is using very low quality software, it switch off automatically , again again you can't even restart,My money is wasted.This company making fool to customer don't even trying to resolve the problemI regret......worst product

Cheap quality
It should be noted that I have been scammed, ime number when I put doesn't belong to this brand. The mobile switch off arbitrarily, couldn't use for more than months. I have been scammed.
