i grew up in Arizona and we had an olde apothecary shoppe that used to sell these crunchy morsels of pure goodness. they came in long sticks and were absolutely delicious for a nutritious snack, satisfying a crunchy, salty, semi sweet combo. on and off i've hunted for dulse for years and until now have been unsuccessful. i hope i will be able to get it again. the price point is great and Seaweed Kings gets it! they don't skimp, the product is fresh and packaged with a tear to open resealable, tough, package. they also got the product shipped out to me very quickly and i received it way before the projected delivery estimate. *****Five Stars! good stuff and lots of it

I’ve gotten a lot of different brands and this is the worse quality I have ever bought. I have also harvested my own seaweed before in the wild. This kind from this brand looks like they harvested a lot of old seaweed that has a lot of holes in it so it probably has more bacteria and other and less nutrition. Usually when I grab a little handful,any given handful in a bag, there are very few pieces that are like the one in the picture. This bag has about 60-70% seaweed with holes. That means the seaweed was getting degraded and tumbled by the ocean currents and beaten against the rocks. They might have even put old floating seaweed in there.Would you harvest lettuce from the garden that was eaten by a bunch of bugs and has a million holes in it?I can see why this company doesn’t allow returns… because then everyone would be returning it.This is probably unhealthy and I hope nobody gets sick from this hole-y seaweed.I regret buying a 1 lb bag. I rarely write reviews but I was compelled to because I don’t want anyone else to get scammed with holey seaweed.

found my first rock still attached to the root of the dulse, i expect baby sea shells but my first rock in over 60 years of eating the most fantastic seaweed on the planet!So many health benefits in one plant, more people should be eating sea vegetables

I originally ordered months ago and got some pretty dry and hard dulse. Then the company reached out after they saw negative review. They sent me another batch, and it was the best dulse. It was soft and not too salty. I really appreciate this company for making things right when the product was not good.

I’m very dissatisfied that I cannot return this product. I’ve purchased dulse for years, and never encountered mold like this.

I’ve had dulse before that was beautifully soft and tender. This isn’t that. It doesn’t melt in your mouth. But it’s still pretty good.

This dulse is delicious! It is perfectly slack dried and chewable. The leaves are medium to thin and peel nicely for eating as a hand snack. I eat it every day! Even my little dog loves it!
