Seems to be built pretty good. Lightweight and simple to toggle between the different options. Not loud at all and the unique brush size makes it easy to get those hard to reach places. The charging set up is fast and efficient as well as easy to use.

love that the bristles are soft & it has several different vibration settings which is nice to use. easy to use and the quality is well with the money. it came with 10 new brush heads for 5 for the white and 5 for the black. this will last a long time

The toothbrushes are not bad for the price. Soft bristles and the timer is 30secs for each quadrant. After charging them, they can go for months without recharging. The only issue I have is the charging cable. It can break very easily. If not handled carefully. It is a very short 1.5-2 inch usb cable tucked in the bottom of the toothbrush to fit in that gold part at the bottom. Also, after a while the gold parts start chipping off. Hope this helps.

Purchased these for travel but have been using them every day at home. They work great and look as nice as pictured. Would recommend for travel or home use.

Weaker Vibration Power: The toothbrush is advertised at 38,000 vibrations per minute, but we were used to a 45,000 vibrations per minute model from Fairywill. The difference is noticeable. Brush Head Replacement Design Issue: When replacing the brush head, be careful. You’re not supposed to twist it off. Instead, you need to pull it straight up and push the new one on. If you twist it, you risk breaking it. I thought this was a design flaw and something worth mentioning. 4. USB Charging Cable Concern: One of my biggest worries is the built-in USB cable. If it stops working or breaks, it’s not replaceable, and that means the whole toothbrush could be useless. USB cables tend to wear out over time, so I’m a bit concerned about this in the long run. I can’t believe how clean my teeth feel, look and are!!!! There are several modes which is cool and the charge lasts almost two weeks! There are 2 toothbrushes with 5 heads each so I have a home one and travel one

I do like how well it works. I have noticed improvement in some staining, it has decreased. Love how you can recharge it, convenient. Travels well too. I liked that it seemed complete with several replacement brushes. However, the markings for the settings on my pink toothbrush wore off pretty quick. Wasn't too big of a deal. Then gold pad/button broke off. It is still usable but that was annoying. When I went to replace the toothbrush head it broke, the stem broke and there is no way to fix it. I would really like to be able to replace the unit only without having to buy another 2 set with replacement heads. I couldn't find a way to contact the company to see if I could replace the unit. Amazon customer care didn't come up with any solution and I tried to find the company myself and I couldn't. I like it and would like to replace the tooth brush handle itself. It has been disappointing and frustrating because when it worked, it worked well.

Ordered these electric brushes based on reviews, and they didn't disappoint. Simple instruction buttons, charging cord is inside and accessible, and they kids love it. Delivery was smoot and fast as advertised. Very pleased.
