I used this twine for making a pork belly roll, and it did the job I needed it to do. The twine was strong enough to keep the meat tightly secured throughout the cooking process. One thing I was particularly looking for was heat resistance, and it held up well during a long cook at around 350–400°F for about 4 hours. It didn't break, loosen, or cause any issues while the pork was cooking. I also liked that the twine felt sturdy while tying the meat. It was easy to work with and gave me confidence that the roll would stay together during cooking. For anyone using it for roasting or similar cooking projects, strength and durability are important, and this twine met my expectations in those areas. I didn't run into any problems during my use, so I don't have any specific negatives to mention based on my experience. Excellent product. Works very well. Because you can also use it in the garden reliably it is much better than any other twine marketed as such. After a year exposed to the elements it still hold firm. Just bought it again.

Exactly what i wanted

This twine did a fantastic job keeping the turkey legs together. The material is so genuine and strong, that there are no issues with its functionality. I'm so happy I came across this brand, it was definitely worth the money. It did it's job with absolutely issues and I would highly recommend it for anyone who is always in the kitchen and need help keeping things together.

So far, its roasted a chicken. Did a good job.

Worked great and came as expected. I used it for tying the T-Day turkey. The roll was large and will probably last me the rest of my life!
