The product is perfect and the packing was good and it is very easy to assemble.

Not good finishing
when workout bench press left right move.Moving Position rod not straight

Not strong and sturdy
Brace leg is very thin.Lever arm leg is very long and inclined.It doesn't look like to be capable of holding 500 Kg.On shop I saw three times thicker circular brace leg but still it said 350 Kg capacity.I don't recommend any incline-decline bebch below 6K.If not, but any 2.5K adjustable incline-decline bench. It's same, no difference.

The media could not be loaded. Not the best bench. Lightweight and very shaky. If you sit on edge it topples from other side. Do not recommend. Invest in some good bench.

Received Teared Productalignment of the Bench is Not goodQuality is BadConfidence is low while doing exercises on this bench for its Non Rigid Alignment.I don't think its holding capacity is 500kg as per The seller description.
