Not woody at all!
These are the very best brand of hearts of palm. Sometimes a Can has woody hearts you can’t use but this brand they are always perfect! I use for salads and sometimes just with a sandwich instead of chips.

I'm at a loss for words
I purchased these because I saw someone eating them on Facebook. I have no idea what a psalm is or how you would cultivate it's heart. I can not explain the taste because I don't know how. I ate them.

Disappointing Delivery
The product is great in salads and hard to find this Brand, it was an overpriced purchase. All three cans were dented as it came in a soft envelope instead of a box.
