**Q: Will the product you receive melt like other brands?**
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Our Coq10 doesn't melt most of the time except in the summer when the temperature is very high. If you have any problems with the product you received, please feel free to contact us for a return or send a replacement.

**Q: Both bottles arrived in a solid glob. Can't get them out and no returns. Suggestions for getting them apart please?**

We are sorry for the inconvenience. After opening the bottle, if the softgels stuck together, place them in the refrigerator for 5 hours (make sure they don't freeze), then shake the bottle until the softgels separate.
This situation will not affect the quality of the product itself, but if the soft softgel is melted and cannot be used, we will give you a free replacement or assist with a refund.
