Cooling system
I Like the fact it is oem grade but not Genuine.The 3.6l VVT is easy to work on. Let engine cool locate the Thermostat housing and remove any hose and clamp. The bolts are 10mm. I don't know the torque specifications but you just tighten enough to not break the bolt or the plastic housing. The bleeder screw is on Tightly so use caution when turning counter clockwise releasing the pressure slowly so you don't get burned with steam and hot coolant. I recommend using factory coolant but if you can't afford oem coolant I use a concentrated product and mix with distilled water.

Defective thermostat
I bought this on January 7th, 2023. For my 2017 Dodge Challenger. It went out on Friday July 14th, 2023. What kind of product do you people sell for a motor part that only works 7 months?! I had to have it installed and today I needed to buy a new one and pay for a new part, a diagnostic of my car and then installation of the part again in just 7 months. Is not worth it for all the troubles that it comes with. Ended up being very expensive, and no one for me to contact or answer my emails after the purchase. I would have given no starts , but that’s not an option.

Leaking again
Seems when I order pets they’re faulty or something. Less than a year after install this thermostat is again leaking!
