The sony round on ear headphones use the old style attachment where the inner sleeve goes into a small groove. It seems hard to install at first as soulwit is manufactured with durable materials so it feels too tight. First of all thread about a 1/4 of that edge into that slot. Hold the edge against the headset so that it doesnt slip out. Then stretch from the area not installed yet, you can stretch the material over the slot. Keep stretching and holding and some it will start going into the slot. Its ok to stretch that material over that slot. you can use a thin piece of wood or plastic to push that edge into the slot. Once you get it on, you can then rotate the pad if you want the left right symbols upright and it will balance out that edge into the slot. Comfort is good as the pad is thicker almost twice as thick then stock and the cover material seems more durable. Overall one of the better brands for ear pad replacement.
