I think these tenderizer needle contraption is the best thing since sliced bread, as they say. I have already recommended them to two people. I used this on eye steak which usually is so tough you can't chew it and it turned it into this melt-in-your-mouth little steak --even flash fried in a frying pan! Couldn't ask for a better made product that goes beyond my expectations. The meat claws are another must have item that I didn't realize I needed until they were included with the tenderizer thingy. They are so strong and just the thing to use when slicing up a big chunk of meat or lifting a heavy turkey out of the pan. I will never use those fork type things again. This is my "utensil" of choice. Rated a solid 10 in my book.

Spray the tines (teeth) with cooking spray and use on both sides of steak. Then cover your steak in Kosher salt (15 minutes per quarter inch thickness) , rinse and pat dry, add pepper to taste and put on the grill. Most tender steak you'll ever have at home.

does what it is suppose to do. I am an older woman and sometimes trying to tenderize thick pieces of meat is a little difficult as the device becomes stuck and does not release easily, but I am satisfied with it and you won't be dissatisfied with it should you purchase it

This product turns cheaper, tougher cuts of beef into tender meals. If you marinate the meat after you tenderize it with this tool, the end product is even more flavorful! I marinate the steaks in Italian dressing overnight then grill and they are delicious !

Exactly what I needed. Works perfectly. Cuts down on marinating time needed. I throw it in the dishwasher afterwards. Great addition to my gadget drawer.

put one like it in a pot of boiling water and left it to long. it warped but the one at the camp was eitherboil it clean or trash it. they both work great forces the seasoning into the meat and tenderizes it.

The meat claws are so much better made than anticipated (since they are plastic). The tenderizer is way bigger than initially thought, which is great when you are processing and tenderizing on a budget!!
