These swim briefs are great to wear. The material is very comfortable and feels good against the skin. The sizing requires some attention. I am a 34 in waist and according to the sizing chart (and Amazon's recommendation) the size to order is XL (32.5 - 34.5 in). However, that size is about 2 in wider on the waist and 1 in longer inseam compared to a Arena size 36 swim brief (Speedo is similar). I compared them by overlaying them. The size according to the sizing recommendation gives you a comfortable fit great for lounging and hanging out. The look is what you see on the model (given a slim and athletic body). The rubber bands around the waist and the thighs are not tight and leave some room. The waist is sufficiently tight to not lose the suit while dry and moving around on land. However, don't forget to tighten and tie the draw string before entering the water. The suit stretches when wet and will strip off even with regular swimming moves. The suits are great for lap swimming too. However, I recommend ordering them two sizes smaller. Then they are the size and have the fit of an Arena or Speedo suit. For me that would be size M. The size M has the same waist width and inseam length an Arena Performance Solid Team brief size 36.

Similar experience as others. These do run a bit large. I'm normally around a medium and I had to repurchase these in a small. That said though, these are a bargain at this price, and fit really well. Hopefully in the future they'll have some prints, but for now, the solid colors work fine. Green, Navy and Red look great!

Ordered the extra large, but apparently that was wishful thinking. They fit loosely on me. I should either have gone down a size, or eaten more. Or maybe search Amazon for "enlargement aids." The color is nice, and the material is soft, but I won't be wearing them much.

I didn’t have an issue with the size chart and found it to be pretty accurate against waist measurement. I also love the look when they’re dry, but I tried to swim in them, and they’re pretty see-through. Will only wear when I’m not going to be swimming.

This men's swim bikini fits great, however the waist sizes in the size chart run smaller than the waist size I normally wear, so I ordered two sizes larger than I would usually, and the fit is perfect for my waist. I like the thin sides and waistband, as well as the full coverage behind, and roomy pouch up front nicely modest appearance and comfort while moving around during activity!

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am that this swim briefs are cut short in the front. I am a lean, muscular guy. I usually wear size small, but when it comes to swim briefs I order a size medium because I have a thin waist, but a regular-guy-sized hinder. For some reason, manufacturers of Speedo-style swim briefs tend to always short change the hind end. These covered my butt just fine. The problem is with the front! There is no way these are but the same as the ones the models are wearing. I didn't heed the warning of other reviews, but wish I'd saved myself the time. They are cut like they were made for an underdeveloped 10 year-old girl. It's the oddest cut--full in the back, and sloping so that the suit sits just above the pubic bone in the front. I am an average sized guy in the package department, and I could not fit my penis in this suit. Like it wouldn't fit without causing discomfort, and even if I shoe-horned it into this banana hammock, it would not stay contained. It would be perfect for a eunuch, but not for anyone else. I LOVE the fabric--it is so NICE! It's got a neat sheen to it, and the feeling was amazing! I LOVE the colors! That is why I am so sad. These are hot looking, and exactly what I was looking for--until I tried them on.
