Tastes Great but Doesn't Do What I am Looking for
I liked that this product mixes great in the water and has a wonderful taste. But, I was looking for something that will fully hydrate me internally (no dry lips, no headaches, etc).

Awesome zero sugar electrolyte drink mix, 300 mg sodium (Sodium Citrate), 25 sticks.
Great electrolyte drink, these can help rehydrate you quickly, all the ingredients are great except that it does contain sucralose, which is an artificial sweetener, just one of these sticks will provide 300 mg of sodium of electrolytes, salt comes in many forms and this one uses Sodium Citrate for the sodium source, it also includes the much-needed potassium, magnesium and calcium that helps your system absorb and rehydrate better. These taste great and contain zero sugar, the powder mixes in easily with water, I tried with 16.9 fl oz also 21 fl oz of water, and they both still tasted great not too diluted, I keep these in my backpack for when I go mountain biking (sometimes I use them on the trail if needed), and are also great to take after any strenuous sport activity, 300 mg seems to be a great sodium level, and it agrees with me well. Overall I highly recommend, helps prevent dehydration and will rehydrate you properly and quickly, contains 25 individual sealed easy to open sticks, and I also like the simple packaging, this one has a pleasant lemon flavor!, great expiration date as-well (2024). Cons: Zero sugar is great however I wish they would have used a natural sweetener instead of sucralose such as monk fruit or stevia. Made in the USA, with us sourced ingredients.

Tastes awful
This is not a pleasant lemon lime flavor. The closest thing I can think of is old fashioned alka seltzer. My son will not drink it. So I wasted my money.

very sweet from sucralose, pretty good diluted in icy cold water
I have tried their flavor variety pack, and then the ones I like most of all: lemon lime (and grape). My review is the same for each as they are all the same formula. I noticed that Fluid Tactical also makes other formulas This one is zero sugar, but it sweetened with sucralose (splenda). It is very very sweet. I prefer the taste to be greatly diluted. Make more of an essence. Good for basic, daily hydration. Decent flavor. Since getting this, I have made a point to try in out while working in hot, humid weather. I prefer a couple of other brands over this, but it is pretty good (low level good). Not a heavy hitter for truly physically exerting, sweaty days. But it is better than plain water for hydration needs. I love plain water, and drink plenty of it. But sometimes I wonder if I am truly hydrating myself. I will add in an electrolyte replacer on occasion as a boost. For that, this product is good. For arduous hikes in sweaty temps? Go for something with more sodium and minerals and has actual sugar. I see that they carry an option that includes real sugar and sucralose combo I like packets for on the go use. I always keep some packed into my purse, my car emergency kit, my hiking bag, and anywhere I might want to keep a stash of electrolyte replacement. It can make all the difference in level of comfort if you are in a situation where water is low, and hydration needs are high. I keep tubs of powders in the kitchen for more budget friendly option. But having the packets (in different flavors) allows me to switch it up with ease. Also, my husband likes stuff like this, lemon lime the most.

TWO SODIUM LEVELS // Ordered these for heavy outdoor work days
Summary: When it comes to electrolyte sports drinks, there are lots of offerings. I grew up drinking Gatorade as my sports drink of choice. Observations: Sometimes, less is more (minimal ingredients). There are two variants, the regular has 23% DV sodium (300mg), and the low version has 4% DV (100mg); I prefer the low sodium version (because I don't want to drink sea water). Pros: Individual packets, which is good for taking along and mixing/remixing as needed; low-cost per serving; Country of Origin specified as USA on Amazon page; FLUID TACTICAL appears to specialize in hydration products. Cons: None for now. Conclusion: At $20 for 25 servings ($0.80/serving), rating this 5-stars (sodium-variants, origin). Keto - No Sugar
These have good flavor and are zero sugar, for Keto or just anyone who wants to avoid sugar. The flavor was good. My husband drinks one a day at the gym. The single packets are convenient for transport in the gym bag and for easy mixing into a disposable water bottle when ready to use.

Flavor is great. Mixes well. Hard to open
I've tried many different electrolyte powders but have yet to try a zero sugar one until now. The lemon lime flavor is great and is probable one of the best tasting out of all the ones I've tried before. Being zero sugar they have made this with a great balance between flavor, sweetness, and saltiness. It has just enough sweetness (they are using sucralose as a sweetener) without being too much. They recommend mixing in 8-16 ounces of water and I actually prefer to use close to the 16 ounces because it does cut down on the sweetness. I've used these plenty with a standard bottle of water and it tastes great but I like to switch it up sometimes and add more water to cut down on the sweetness. Something else I love about these is how well it mixes with water. It mixes quickly and doesn't do any clumping at the bottom. I've mixed these with different amounts of water and I've never had it clump. That's a big plus for me. The only issues I've had with these is opening them. There's a notch in the side of the top and you should be able to just pull it across, taking the top off. Unfortunately, I've had to cut the top off most of these with scissors because for whatever reason the top won't tare off. Well, I did get it to tare off a couple times but the powder went flying because it tore the entire thing down the middle. I've never had this issue with the other types I've tried but I will say that it's frustrating when it can't be opened with your hand like it should. It very well could be a quality issue because if the notch was a tad longer I thing it wouldn't be a problem. Overall, it's a great tasting electrolyte powder that has zero sugar but still sweet enough because they use sucralose. No clumping and mixes well with a range of water quantities. Opening the pouch has been the only issue but it's been frustrating because most of the time I need scissors to open it. If you're looking for a great tasting electrolyte powder that has zero sugar I recommend this product and plan on trying all their other flavors.

Decent taste
These hydration drinks taste good overall. There is no sugar, however, the sweetness from splenda is pretty strong. I dilute it a lot to drink it.
