## Description

9-Inch Wood Pruning Saw Blades for Reciprocating/Sawzall Saws - 5 Pack - Caliastro - desertcart.com

Review: Great for roots! - Better than I hoped for. I was having issue with removing a root (installing a fence post) and another brand of blades dulled very quickly. This brand, as stated wood pruning blades, went through the root twice (to remove a section) with one blade. Sure, I removed as much dirt as possible around the root with a power washer, but still EXCELLENT job. See picture of root section removed. Shoe (size 10w) for comparison.
Review: Good for heavy duty use. - Using these in a battery powered Ryobi reciprocating saw. I'm cutting heavy limbs and brush, and this blade is working quite well. The teeth hold an edge a good long time; as l9ng as no metal is hit during cutting. I would purchase again.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will these blades work for cutting a railroad tie?**
A: Yes. I have used blades like these on a corded recip saw to cut creosote treated oak ties. Buy the correct length for your ties. 9" is probably too short. Buy plenty, they will dull quickly. However, it beats the heck out of ruining a $400 chainsaw.

**Q: do these blades fit the Skil 9 amp reciprocating saw?**
A: Yes, the 9-inch wood pruning blades do fit all reciprocating saws including the Skil 9 Amp reciprocating saw.

**Q: Will this work with Black and Decker saw?**
A: I'm not familiar with how blades attach on a Black and Decker reciprocating saw however the attachment is very universal to 99.9 percent of saws so it's very likely that these blades will work great on your saw.

**Q: Do these fit the Erebus reciprocating saw?**
A: They fit the Ryobi and the DeWalt. The blades are standard to fit most if not all reciprocating saws.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for the price!
*by D***L on October 24, 2025*

I got these because I bought some land and wanted to see if I could avoid having to use a chain saw everywhere. I threw one in a 24volt Sawzall and went to town. To my surprise, they were cutting through 6 inch logs without any real issue and I am still on my first blade. I would definitely buy these again.
