I bought this plush thinking it would be a cute addition to my Pokémon collection - and it absolutely is. It’s soft, well-stitched, and has that perfect “I may look innocent, but I could totally use Vine Whip” expression. However, for those hoping to catch a real Pokémon… I regret to inform you this one does not respond to Poké Balls, doesn’t evolve, and refuses to learn any moves. I tried shouting “Go!” during a heated Mario Kart match and it just sat there, judging me with plushy silence. It’s the perfect size for cuddling, desk decoration, or emotionally supporting you through tough gym battles (in the game, not the actual gym, though it might help there too). Just don’t expect it to help you win badges or fend off Team Rocket. Great for fans, collectors, and anyone who wants a little Pokémon magic without the responsibility of feeding berries or dodging Hyper Beam.
