Is a charger included? Can a usb phone charger be used?

Was excited to get the drone today but thanks to DJI penny pinching, I have to go purchase a wall wart to charge using the USB C. Can't use the drone for a few more days thanks to DJI not including something so cheap and basic. Also, not even a $0.10 cent cost lanyard for the controller. Hard to believe that something that cost this much, the company can't supply what is needed.

Can it fly in high mountains over 4000 - 5000 meter above sea level?
