can it be used on colored clothes- or does it fade them?

I tossed a couple of tablets in the washer when washing my husbands work clothes (jeans, t-shirts, & sweatshirts that I couldn't get the "sweat" smell out of) and there was no fading. And they finally smelled clean when I took them out of the dryer.

What are the ingredients?

Sodium Dichloro-S-Triazinetrione, which is in the chlorine family. However, when mixed with water is non-corrosive, takes only 5 minutes to kill germs/mold etc.
