For jawline exercises this is the set to go for the value. The easiest one is kinda like chewing a gum but the grey and the black ones are kinda hard for me. Overall surprisingly excellent item. But sometimes when I use both at the same time it makes me gag, so my suggestion is getting one and rotating inside your mouth to the sides.

Don’t buy this product. They tastes like nasty chemicals. I washed them several times. The taste doesn’t go away.

Eager to try I washed one and popped it in my mouth. The taste of plastic and rubber was making me gag. Be sure to wash them thoroughly and let them sit out to avoid the plasticy taste, however it WILL go away. Having two in my mouth is very difficult as they make you want to gag and produce a lot of spit. Gray and black ones almost seem to difficult to chew.

I’m on the fence with this one. I’ll never know if it truly works because I was only able to use it once. It kept making me gag. I feel like other people might like it though, so take this review with a grain of salt.

Started two weeks ago on the 50/black ones now I'm on the 60/gray ones and I'm chewing them like gum. I just shaved for the first time (this morning) for the first time in 10 years and I'm very pleased with my jaw line. Just wish there was a higher weight in this set.

I bought these just a couple weeks ago. 1st day I just chewed on 1 white one, the weakest strength. My jaw was exhausted and I could barely eat the next day, which was great! They seem to be working, within a week I was chewing on the silver, med strength, and then I got to the black one. I've been chewing on the black one for about 1.5 weeks now and while my jaw is already way stronger and I can even see facial structure changes, they are not durable. The black one that I've been using is half the size of the other black one that I haven't touched yet. There are also chunks coming out of it. I guess I will chew the other black one and the 2 gray ones until they are all useless and then look into something more durable for a long term solution. For $10 I would say it's kind of worth the price as an entry level jaw exerciser. I did read reviews beforehand so when you get them, I would definitely soak them in water for awhile or put them in a strainer and run water over them for like 10-15 mins. Also, unless you are a giant, putting both of them in your mouth as recommended is also impossible and definitely can make you want to gag.

Before this product my jaw was nonexistent, with daily use now my jaw is more prominent and masculine.
