Thai curry at home
I am highly impressed by the taste and use of the product. It has authentic Thai curry taste- just mix it with coconut milk and you are sorted. I have used this sauce to make chicken Thai curry multiple times for entertaining and it’s a hit with every crowd. I marinated chicken also in this sauce. Curry is ready in easy 2 step process. However, based on palate some people find it bit sweet or bit spicy. Loved the product!

Amazing flavor
I picked this one due to the not so regular flavor and boy it turned out to be so good. I make stir fry carrot with it( peel the carrots instead of cutting them and sauté them with sesame seeds, peanuts and this chutney) and everyone loved it. I add this to my savoury oats along with schezwan chutney and it levels up the taste. Will re order because I wanna try new things I can cook in it.

Great taste, but bad packaging
Packaging was only a cardboard box that was completely flattened by the time I received it. I'm surprised the glass bottle didn't break. The expiry date and batch number details are in some kind of water soluble ink and had rubbed off almost completely, so I was unable to check the expiry. The sauce seemed fresh though and I made a panang curry style dish and it tasted very good. I'm just hesitant to order again because of the flimsy packaging.

Oily Mess
Bought this along with the BOOMBAY Schezwan Sauce. Both of them are an absolute oily mess, had to mix it all up a lot to get the oil to mix back with whatever little other ingredients are in there. They say healthy oils, however forget to mention it is about 60% oil. Flavour wise, there is so much oil, all you get it the fatty oil mouth feel followed by a mild spicy flavour, no lime or lemongrass comes through over all that oil (should call it a flavoured oil actually).

Healthy substitute
Clean label Schezwan is something I was always looking for. Premium yet affordable...Thank you Boombay for such authentic taste...!!

Too spicy for this American..
Spicy…as a westerner, I like to mention that the sauce is quite spicy to for an American palate…

Finally a clean sauce that is not hard on your tummy
Big fan for their no preservative, clean food quality. I hope it stays that way and they don’t compromise on it. The taste is also super nice and unique. Will try more variety from them soon :-) Make something unique with chilli oil but clean ingredients. No MSG, Ajinomoto etc
