After scaring my mother by hiding them in her mother's day gift, she marveled at how pretty all the designs were. They don't fly too well when bunched up in a box together, but wind them up and toss them in the air and the kids and cats absolutely love them. My only complaint is that each on is individually packaged.

I probably didn’t read the information very well so it might be my fault. First of all they were larger than I expected. They were good quality and you really had to wind them a lot and they did not fly as high as the instructions said. Colorful and very nice. I bought them to put inside of Easter cards and I had to pay an extra $.44 per card because they had a little bump that so they had to be hand stamped. But other than that they were good quality, colorful, and very nice.

These are fun to insert in cards. Just wi d them up and the recipient gets a fun surprise when the butterfly flies out of the card

I bought these to put in the cards I regularly send to my grandchildren. The butterflies fly, but not far and not long and immediately go to ground. They are certainly not what I was expecting – open the card and butterflies fly out around you,. my daughter was freaked out Because it really flew more like a grasshopper, and she thought an insect had crawled into the card.

Came with a wide variety of patterns, easy to wind up and stick in birthday cards for an added surprise when sending to far away relatives.

Bought them to play tricks on my teen: her friends found them before I could hide them all over the party: have listened to teen discus up drafts, drag, velocity, and lift angles for over an hour. These kids are now performing flight experiments and calculating hover ratios. Their brains are in overdrive trying to figure out best way to launch a butterfly for height vs distance.

These butterflies? are a major disappointment they are not like the videos show most of them. They are supposed to fly up towards the ceiling and do so in many of the videos. This product does not fly anywhere except down to the floor. They are approx... 4 x 5 and too heavy to fly upwards. I have tried winding them up from 30 to 80 times no matter what or how many times they are wound they do not go upward only down to the floor. There is no fun in that!
