I ourchased these to take on vacation with me vs taking a heating pad. They worked well- kept warm for a few hrs. I am a heavy sweater and they slide down my back a little if it is hot outside.

I got these as a cheaper option to another brand. The adhesive is barely there. It seems like it will stick better with adhesive between the panels vs just the ends on the other brand, but none of it sticks well or even a little to skin. Even with skin that typically tears with any adhesive it wouldn't stick.As for heat, I'd have had better results using my hair dryer on my shoulder. I mean if I could actually get it to stick on my shoulder. Horrible waste of money. Just get the other brand and save yourself the frustration.

Heats up somewhat doesn't stick super well

It is a great product. I have suffered shoulder pains for years. This instant heat patche really relieve my pains through the night. I can sleep with it on my shoulder through the whole night! The value is unbeatable. I am very pleased with my choice. Overall, it is great for pain relief.

Years ago you could get somewhat hot adhesive heating pads, but I think lawsuits from people using oxicodone who were unable to tell when they got too hot ened that.This product provides a nice low warmth for a very long time.

They barely get warm. Waste of money.

Usually, I read the reviews however, I make my own decision when I order the item because often one person opinion doesn’t mean the products is not suitable for another person however, after receiving these patches, every single review that I write about is not working, and no heat producing is 100% true in my case I needed to treat a muscle when I pulled my leg muscles . It was waste of money and time .
