Is this thick or thin uv resin?

It is a little think but not bad.. I use it to seal my keychain shakers..

Has anyone ever got the free product that they offer?

I had to consistently email them about the code not working, but I finally got a code that worked and received my free resin.

Is this a 2 part reson that you mix together or is alrrady muxed and just one thing?

It is just 1 part , no mixing, but it cures with UV light. It is not good for deep pours.

Can it be used with sla 3d printer for printing? (405nm uv wavelength)

No - you need a product made specifically for 3-d printing
