I plan to start homeschooling my son in January and this on-the-go desk is awesome! We can take it on field trips, use it for meals, parks, just about anywhere. Well worth the money and I appreciate the quick ship. Thank you.

I had my eye on this for a while and decided to jump when it went on sale. My son does virtual school at home so he has a nice permanent everyday workspace but this little desk is perfect for giving him a nice surface to do his work pretty much anywhere! He sometimes needs a little help balancing the seat since it's top-heavy but it's not a dealbreaker. It's very sturdy and he will be able to use it for years!

I ordered this for my 12 yr old daughter for an upcoming road trip. Both her and I have tried out this desk sitting on the floor and on a chair and it is comfortable for short periods of time. I don't know how long it would be comfortable but I imagine as long as your back and rear were able to handle it based on posture. The seat portion is smooth and minimally intrusive so you barely feel it under you. I imagine when we are ready to store the desk it will be odd to tuck away since it is odd shaped. We have not yet taken it in the car but there are concerns for car safety. I wouldn't use this near an air bag or in the front seat at all for example. The desk is made of a heavy plastic. It appears that this plastic is strong enough to make damaging the desk difficult. The desk would bend from the base if you put significant weight on it. It works well to hold a small laptop or do some writing. The size of the desk is a bit small, it would be nice if there was an extendable part that you could pull out on either side for a mouse or more work surface. The texture on the desk is minimal to make the matte finish not interfere with writing on paper. The color we ordered is navy blue but it is very dark, almost black. Overall, we are happy with this purchase. It seems to be a useful item to have if you find yourself needing a work surface for floor seating or in the back seat of a car. Due to the odd shape and lack of foldability for easy storage, I wouldn't recommend this for someone needing a portable option. I definately could this useful in schools as alternative seating if only there was a bit more work surface.

My students love working on these. They love having flexible seating and this is one of their favorites. Very sturdy.

We are a homeschooling family, and despite owning traditional desks and a full table, my kids gravitate towards the floor for activities and reading. They were always hunched over and in awkward positions, until I found this amazing desk. Now they fit perfectly and are actually using better posture. We can school outside, inside or anywhere we like. These are small enough to stack in a closet, and toss in the trunk, but sturdy enough to endure my 4 year old’s play. They accommodate every size! I am 5’9 and used it comfortably. I can not recommend these enough.

It is my fault for thinking that my 5th graders would be able to sit on these comfortably. This year, however, my kids are a lot bigger than previous years! I've also hit my leg with these tables and let me tell you... I am just glad that this has happened after school when I fix our rug area.

We are a homeschooling family that loves to school all over the place. We have used this desk chair outside, on the deck, on a picnic blanket, in the living room, at friends houses, at the park, in their bedrooms, and more. It’s so lightweight, doesn’t fold or have any joints that I have to worry about my kiddos getting pinched or folding on themselves. It sits up by the weight of the child. Both my 1st grader and my 5th grader use it. My toddler nephew has even used it for snack time as well.

These are perfect for 2nd graders to write with during our Daily 5 Work on Writing stations. The kids love them. They are durable. Just wish I had bought the storage gadget that went with them. But was allowed only so much money to spend.

These little tables are perfect for a flexible classroom. I bought two and in a class of 20+ students, they are always being used. Very comfortable for the kids! They're a little more difficult to store/put away as they take space, but it's totally worth the comfort and independence they provide my students.

Je vais l'utiliser pour la rentrée dans ma salle classe pour permettre aux élèves d'avoir une assise différente pour travailler. Cela correspond à la description. En revanche je l'ai reçue noir de poussière en dessous et je trouve cela quand même très dommage pour un produit neuf.
