After receiving a cracked part, we contacted the seller for a replacement part. In less than 24 hours they responded and sent us an entirely new cart. They even checked in afterwards to make sure the cart was received. Excellent customer service and the product quality is excellent too. Very sturdy and looks very nice.

Works as you might expect. had only a few problems during assembly. The number of holes that started to split the material when inserting screws was high. Fixed by tap drilling small pilot holes to release the pressure and prevent the splitting.

We bought this table to support a KitchenAide appliance and other baking tools. It looks good and is functioning as we thought it should.

While putting it together one of the pieces broke that holds the shelf on and No extra parts at all. So I screwed in the shelf from the leg and then the shelf came apart. Its held together with a staple. When you need to move it around the wheels start to come out of the holes. I tightened them back in with a wrench. The same thing happened. So unless you don't need it for storage or you don't need to move it around or want to empty it and flip it to keep tightening the wheels I guess it might work for you. Also all I have in it is some Pyrex mixing bowls on the top shelf in the cabinet. A few small hand held kitchen appliances on the bottom like a kitchen aid hand mixer and a manual suction slicer/shreader on the bottom . Nothig in the drawer and an empty glass storage jar and 2 other glass mixing bowls that is to much weight for the wheels. So don't waste your money if you need a bit of extra storage. Quality isn't the best.

When the unit was assembled, it appeared that the drawer is substantially narrower than the opening & slides!! I had to shim up the slides to get the drawer from wiggling from side-to-side!! After the shimming, the drawer is STILL unstable, no stops to prevent pulling the drawer out and after shimming over 1/2 inch, the wriggling is still noticeable!! I would return this defective design, but the shims are working. I am almost sure they shipped the wrong drawer with the unit OR their quality control/engineering departments should be severly reprimanded for obviously sub-standard design!!!

Looks nice. For this low price, you get what you pay for. The joint-connection use light weight metal twist-sockets, set into pre-drilled holes in the "particle board" panels. Upon tightening many of these connectors partially pulled out from the panel, they work to hold everything together, but it is low strength materials. Everything about this item functions as stated, it is just not rugged enough to be rolled around the kitchen everyday.
