Does the job but has some issues.
I just had to try this out since the silicon ring I bought at the store was having leaking issues when trying to crack an egg in it.Based on some of the other reviews, it was very helpful to know to let the rings heat up with the pan before cracking an egg in the ring.I went the route of using the bacon grease from the bacon I just cooked to coat the inside of the ring dry. Didn't pre-grease it straight from the box after I washed it first. Just spun the ring around to get the hot grease all around the inside. The cast iron skillet I used was relatively level and only had a little leakage from one of the rings I didn't heat up long enough. I cooked 4 eggs unscrambled, 2 at a time. 3 out of 4 worked out fine. Next time I'll have to try completely scrambled eggs in the rings to see how they turn out. Washed the rings a couple minutes after they cooled and no issues with egg sticking to the inside. The only downfall of this tool is the handle doesn't stay up when cooking. It's easily bumped and falls down on top of the ring. While it didn't ruin the eggs, it's just annoying trying to pull it back up. Would have been nice to have the handle designed to lock and unlock upright to prevent this.Would say they did the job great even with some of the "user error" of not heating the rings long enough. About a minute should be good for the rings to be hot enough. Does a good job if you're looking into buying the rings to cook eggs for whatever you're making.

Easy and Works Perfect
They work exactly as designed and described. Just a little butter in the pan and they make perfect eggs, especially for english muffins. They clean up quickly and the handle folds down for easy storage. I would definitely recommend them. If anyone gives a lesser review saying they are having trouble using them, it's operator error.

Loved idea, but...
Bought for hubby who was quite excited to get them since he loves cooking breakfast. However, from beginning, they were not really non-stick which was a challenge to clean; and, now the 'paint' or coating on inside is peeling off so we are a little concerned about using them. He enjoyed them for a few months & likes the wooden handles!

The wood handles don't get hot.
I put the rings into the pan and heat them up together ( I use a cast iron pan). Once everything is hot, I crack my egg into the ring. There is sometimes a little leakage, but if the pan is hot, this is minimum. The egg sticks to the ring a little, but I just cut around the inside of the ring with a knife, and the ring comes right off. Clean up is easy, and the wood handles allow you to handle the ring without worrying about burning your fingers. Great product. I use it all the time.

OK, but....
It does keep eggs in a nice round form, perfect for making english muffins (or what we call Wannabe-Egg- McMuffins). BUT the caveat is that it should have a better non-stick coating on the metal. The eggs tend to stick to the metal and so rather than making a nice clean round cut from which the ring pulls easily away from the egg inside it, the egg wants to stick to the egg and you wind up having to tear the egg from the form and sometimes it tears away pretty well, but sometimes the nice round shape that you were hoping the form would give you winds up being a bit mutilated in the process. Try oiling the metal before use. Then again, once you start needing to go thru an elaborate oiling process just to get round eggs, I found with a good spatula and good dexterity, you can keep the egg in a round-ish shape to fit your muffin without the gadget at all. The wooden handle is a welcome tough -- protects fingers.
