I purchased several packs already so really can leave proper feedback 😊 first, great packaging, always reseals after opening to keep capsules dry with no struggle. Capsules doesn’t have any smell and decent size, so it’s easy to swallow. Personally it really helps me with bloating, female parts health and I supports bladder. Works well for me and I will continue purchasing.

I am a 50 year old woman and I have been taking these for over a year for recurring thrush and water infections. It has made a huge difference and I don’t suffer anymore with either. I did stop taking them for a bit and noticed the symptoms coming back so they definitely work. The main added bonus is that they help my gut. I used to have IBS as well and this has reduced significantly. I am now really regular which continues even when I am away on holiday. I used to struggle when away and have constipation etc. I wouldn’t be without these tablets now. I take two every morning and I recommend them to a lot of people with digestive issues because of the pro-biotics they contain. Cheaper and easier than drinking yogurt drinks daily!

When I first purchased this I didn’t believe that it would help me that I’d be one of the lucky people to finally have somthing help improve their reoccurring bv but boy was I wrong. I have only been taking these for 4 days and have already felt big improvement. There is no smell and no constant discharge I have always struggled with bv and found nothing ever really helped apart from antibiotics but long term it did nothing just kept coming n going which can be really triggering and uncomfortable to deal with all the time. I was googling what I could do and saw taking probiotics might help when I first saw these I read the reviews and was worried as there was a lot of negative weird things being said which in my experience at least I have had. I’ve not only taken 2 of these a day but I also improved my diet not eating as much junk having kefir yoghurt and cranberry juice and it had cleared up within 2 days. I will do an update within a months time to let you guys knoare if long term it stays this way I really hope it does but so far no complaints. The pills aren’t really that big and the capsules go down easy but then again I’ve never had a problem swallowing pills so therefore I’m not sure how other ppl may feel. Also the taste isn’t amazing but u don’t have to taste it u can just swallow straight away with water and have somthing after if it bothered u. But it doesn’t really linger for me personally jus don’t hold it in ur mouth too long. But overall I am super super happy and pray that these do continue to work and improve my overall health down below. If u have reoccurring bv I do recommend trying this and improving ur diet wish I had known about these sooner as it’s not spoken about enough how many of us struggle!!!!

I bought these as I was struggling with water infections and thrush constantly and was trying to find something that would prevent it instead of keep treating it then coming back. I take two daily at night with my other medications and have been for I think about a year and a half. I now never have any issues and it has completely stopped me from getting them. I also think it has helped me with my gut health which has been an added bonus, I used to feel sick and after eating and feel it has stopped this and helped with my digestion! These are great. I use them in conjunction with ACV gummies and they really have been doing wonders. I noticed how much nicer I feel down there (wink wink) as it has cranberry in it. It also has fenugreek which I’ve heard helps the tatas grow and I have definitely noticed a change there. I really do like these, I’ve been using them for years I wouldn’t want to stop now. I miss the old packaging (it used to be in a pot now it comes in this sachet…bag? I don’t know what to call it). It’s fine though, I kept the last pot I was sent before the change and put the pills in there so it sorts saves on waste. Sorta. They are big pills, they can be hard to swallow but I implore you to never open them. I tried it once and the taste was absolutely vile so whatever you do, do not open them to put into your water or straight into your mouth just swallow them.

I like the packaging and it’s easy to swallow, but doesn’t really work for me. Not as effective as expected.
