**Q: I thought this product came in size 7 - 13. Size 7 - 12 is too small. What happened?**
A: It can be cut to fit sizes 7 to 12, as stated in the title and description.

**Q: Do you have any explanation for why the Nikken magnets work well for my lower back pain, but not for the discomfort in my feet?**
A: The Nikken insoles rocked our world when we first added them to our shoes in 2012. These patented orthotics enable the feet, unlike every other arch support on the market which disable the feet.

A: I doubt any product can be returned altered or changed. Ask the seller to be sure.

**Q: I wear mens size 8.5 D is the Lg men the one i need and it does come in set of two?**

I blow glass and lose track of time when I am immersed in melting, and am standing for many hours at a time with very little movement sometimes. My feet would be sore and tender to the touch, painful to walk on the hard wood floors in the house. After putting these in my shoes, my feet did not hurt, I hit the hard wood floor and didn't even notice for a few minutes. Feet didn't hurt at ALL. AMAZING product.
