Effective, all-day relief
We're moving, and I've been on my feet for days packing and moving boxes. I started to get a low back ache that traveled down my leg to my foot, which is a sign I've got a lot of pain incoming. Before it got worse, I bought these inserts, and the relief has been immediate! PROS * You can feel the springiness from the "waffle" cushion sending energy back, helping you to keep on going. * Clear, so they're not too visible. * Can be worn with or without socks (can help if your shoe fit isn't roomy). * Absolutely helped with a recurring issue I have with sensitive heels, and sciatica-like pain, when standing too long. * Covers a lot of my heel, which may provide some help when breaking in new shoes. * Gel is comfortable (doesn't move around), soft, and easy to clean. Haven't noticed any odd smells. CONS * Despite getting size small, it feels a bit tight in some sneakers. Wearing with my roomiest sneakers without socks feels most comfortable. * Not the most expensive, not drugstore cheap. I've worn for about two weeks. Would love if they hold up for months. TIP: Give them a little time to break in. At first, I thought the waffles were too wide-spaced and wobbly. By the next day, they'd compacted a bit, and were stable. Absolutely recommend these inserts! I've been able to keep going when I know in the past, I would've had to rest more to give my sensitive heels a break. A huge life improvement and well worth the money. TIP: If you're looking for a cheaper option, or don't have much room in your shoes, you might try Dr. Scholl's gel heel cups (https://amzn.to/4l3UwBx). They're more compact, and the pair I have has lasted for years, provides relief from more casual activities (hours of walking), and are about half the price.

Great for bone spurs and plantar fasciitis issues
Love Tuli gel heel cup. Walking and exercising has been difficult after being diagnosed with bone spurs and plantar fasciitis. My podiatrist recommended these shoe /sneaker inserts. What a difference they have made in comfort and pain relief . I use these heel cups in my Sketchers slip on walking shoes and all my sneakers. Have already ordered 6 packages.

Great heel relief but painful toes.
Love the heel relief. Only issue is you’ll need to go about a half size to maybe a full size up on your shoes depending on how much room you like to give your toes.

It's okay, but it didn't convince me
They are more or less. The product fulfills its function, but it did not exceed my expectations. Maybe it works better for you.

Relief!
This is only the second heel cup I've tried, and it's a winner. Nothing looks like it could be better. Several years ago I'd tried another brand of heel cups for a problem with the fit of some of my shoes. It was was worse than no solution. They were too small (size 14 shoes). They would not stay in position inside my shoes, sliding to one side or the other as I walked. I was disappointed with the whole concept of heel cups. Now I have plantar fasciitis. Tuli's Gel Heel Cups appeared to be worth trying, especially since they come in different sizes. The Tuli's heel cups stay in place pretty well. (I'd have to say they slip a little, just because my feet are wide in the front and narrow at the heels. There's always too much room at the heels of my shoes, but YMMV.) The shock absorption is outstanding, and they seem to reduce or eliminate pressure points inside my shoes. I bought two spare pairs so a.) I have them on hand when I've worn out my first pair, and b.) my order qualified for free shipping (nice bonus). I recommended them to my niece, a dance team coach. She bought a pair and says, "They're AWEsome!" Meanwhile, I found some great stretching exercises on the Web and added one of my own in hopes of eventually eliminating heel pain. I'd love to wear shoes without heel cups again, but in the meantime, this product is the only one worth walking on.

Game changer
I used to be an avid runner but due to pain in the back of my heel I could never go for too long. I suffer from Haglund deformity on the back of both heels which causes easy irritation of the back of the heel as it rubs with the back of the shoe--the inflammation was often debilitating. For the past 3 years, I was not sure the answer and often resorted to not running at all to try to "rest" the heel. Those days (fingers crossed) are over thanks to these heel cups! After inserting them, I went on a quick 3 mile run and felt some same discomfort at first, but just needed to tighten my shoe laces which helped. I continued to run doing track workouts and trail run (usually impossible in the past) and with the heel cups, I was able to complete workouts pain free! In fact, mentally I kept "expecting" pain since I was used to it but slowly I'm accepting the fact those days are in over. The heel cups are simple and fit into any shoe (cleats, running shoes, work shoes) and though they are effective, they are not bulky at all. I recently bought a second pair because I got tired of switching them from shoe to shoe--and it was my pleasure to financially support a great company and a great product. Pros: Fits easily, very effective if you have heel problems (bottom or back of heel), takes strain off from impact of running Cons: Wish they would sell a 2 pack or 3 pack for slightly cheaper :) but worth every penny anyways Overall: this product is a game changer for me and even if you dont have exact same heel problem, it will make a positive impact to reducing stress of walking, running, sports--haven't tried this in my cleats but eager to see how they work

Pretty bad, but maybe just my experience
I used this for a "fat pad" thinning problem with my left foot. It has very good reviews and initially I thought it would do the job. It definitely is nicely padded and seems like it should work as described, but there are problems and I'll get into them here. They won't stay on at all unless you wear them in a shoe that has heel support in the back or put them on beneath your socks and that is really difficult to do as they are sticky and the sock clings to them. It's necessary to have your hands inside the sock as well as the cup in order to get it placed properly. That just can't be done otherwise. I have to use very thick woolen stretchy socks in the winter and any other sort of sock is much to tight for both your foot, the cup, and your hand at the same time. This was very difficult to get right and took time. I tape my heel to help with the thinning problem in the fat pad and I pretty much had it healed up and with no more pain.......until I tried to wear the cup all day. I also decided to put it onto my right heel in order to be balanced as these things are anything but stable to walk on. After one day of walking this way my heels on both feet began to hurt. I just ignored it.....you get days like this now and then, but the next day both heels were really sore. Eventually, I figured there could be no other cause than the cups so took them off for the rest of the day . By evening both heels were somewhat better and the next morning the pain in the right heel was pretty much gone. Still slightly sore in the heel with the fat pad thinning but I figure that will be OK by this evening. Now, a lot of people seem to like these and have no problem. Maybe it's just me, but I'm putting this out there so others can make a better decision. Hope this helps!

Felt the difference right away
I work on an assembly line and stand throughout my shift. I would get heel pain until I started using these. I went through my first pair in about 5 months of daily use. When I recently replaced my old pair, I felt like I was on a cloud. I felt the difference between my old pair with the new pair. I recommend these to anyone with heel pain. Keep in mind they need to be replaced every few months. Totally worth the price!

impact injuries from running just stopped
Brilliant - I had apparently bought absolutely the correct type of running shoe for the way I run - checked - measured filmed ..etc..and I still kept coming up injured..I tried some different ones and the same thing happened - I was getting very disheartened and bought these as a "what the hell" sort of purchase they are great - really make a noticable difference, no knee or ankle problems since using them - they do also change the fit of my running shoes though - the foot is very slightly angled downwards inside the shoe now which I quite like (but some may be horrified by) - and my ankle bone has more clearance from the side of the shoe which feels much better especially off road I did look at some very very expensive inserts which had a lot less cushioning than these so an excellent surprise at how well they work oh and you cant feel they'ye there - until they're not....

Buenas plantillas

Excellent product
I’ve had extreme heel pain for 4 years. Have tried 2 pairs of expensive orthotics, physio, chiropractor, podiatrist, reflexology, shockwave and laser treatments. My MRI’s lean towards it being bursitis. Nothing has taken this horrible pain away. Ive spent thousands of dollars. I’ve had these in my shoes for 1 week now and it’s made such a difference. I don’t think I’ll ever find a 100% cure but these definitely make it bearable. Highly recommend trying these if you have heel pain. Oct 29, 2023 Just updating my review. After almost 2 months my heel pain is still much better. Almost close to non existent. I know though if I stopped wearing them it would come back very quickly. Planning on buying another pair.
