Koplow Games Black Special Who Knew 6 Dice Set

I bought a green set of these dice from the same seller which has a smaller D30 than the one I received from this order, but altogether the size of the dice is irrelevant to me. Otherwise great dice, no misprints or chips in the plastic.

I'm a dice fiend and have become really interested in unusual dice. These were a great addition to the collection. Some places sell dice with unusual numbers of faces, but their designs aren't fair. Each face is a different size and shape, so you can't really be sure it's going to be legit. But these are all designed properly, so they're actually usable!The D5, D7, and D14 are bi-pyramidal, which aren't as sexy as more spherical shapes, but as I said, they're fair. The D3, D5, and D7 repeat each number (the D7 and D14 are the same shape). The D30 is pretty dang big, quite a bit bigger than the others, and larger than any other die I own except my zocchihedron (D100) by a little bit. I wouldn't have minded a smaller, lighter die. But that's really my only complaint. Would love to see an expanded set with even more unusual numbers of faces.

Nicely made, easy to read dice for games that need extended types of dice. Nothing special, but a reasonable value

I bought a few sets of these dice in different colors. They're great for Dungeon Crawl Classics and really filled a need when that game came out. Since then an 'official' line of DCC dice has come out but I still prefer these. They don't cover ALL the sizes DCC asks for but they look better and read easier... they don't make use of odd tricks like having number bend around edges and such.I only wish these came in more colors... like purple and clear with glitter inside (DCC demands glitter dice!).

These are nice, but not a replacement for DCC dice. Bought these to fill out my old dice set to use them for DCC dice chain, but the D14 is completely missing. My mistake for not paying attention there.The d7 is just a d14 (weird, right) with 2 sets of number 1-7.The D5 is a d10 with just 1-5 twice. It blends in with the other d10 and percentile die in your set.Minor quible but the d3 is just a d6 with the 2 sets of 1-3 on it, fine, but they usually make these Roman Numerals so you can tell them apart at a glance.

The dice received are exactly like on the photos.

I bought these for use with DCC rpg it has almost every unusal type you need for dcc except it doesn't have d14 unfortunately I bought 3 of these for my players to use , the d30 is kinda big but it rolls well

The dice are good but there was no D30 included. It was a D20. I really only needed the D30. And the D20 is huge. If you are purchasing to roll in a dice tower, it will not fit.I have decided to return for a refund...
