Enclave support demeaning
The product is lacking a lot of functionality. It doesn't support Dolby Atmos or Direct. It's limited at 5.2 when the standard in home theater is 7.2. The dynamic range mode is a joke. Whole room stereo function is useless. More importantly Instead of treating a customer with respect, the person that handles Enclave customer communications is bitter, disgruntled, obnoxious and shortsighted. No matter how small the issue is they respond with angry abrasive and demeaning emails. The SoundSend WISA transmitter works perfectly with the system and gives you all the functionality that Enclave doesn't.
