Shellbay Flameless Candles, Battery Operated Candles 6.5"x0.8" Set of 12 Flickering Taper Candles for Wedding Party Halloween Thanksgiving -Batteries Not Included

The candles arrived on time and in good shape. All 12 worked when I put batteries in them. I bought them to be used for an Arrow of Light Award ceremony for my Webelos den since the location of our ceremony did not allow real candles due to city fire code regulations. These worked great and i had no issues. I took off 1 star because the only way to make sure the lights were not lit was to remove the batteries. This was a very small issue for me but it would have been nice to have a switch. For the price I am please with the purchase.

They are good for the money. If you’re hiding the bottom where the batteries go in I think they are great. We hung them from the ceiling for a HP event and they worked well enough. If you drop them they will bust. I dropped one from not very high up and the whole bottom shattered. (This is my fault but just be careful with them). We bought the amazon brand batteries to go along with them and they lasted for several weeks being on nonstop.

These candles are just what I wanted and they are much sturdier than the ones we bought a few years back. We did not use all of the 50 candles we ordered, but found 2 that would not work. Looks like the connecting wires to their bulbs had broken or had not been assembled correctly. We are happy with them.

We took these with is when we went Christmas caroling to our church members who are too sick to come to church on Christmas Eve. We all held a candle and turned down the lights in the room when we sang Silent Night, like we do on Christmas Eve. (4 stars because 1 of them didn't work, but for the price, it was still a good deal to have 11 working candles.)

I bought these for my children's choir. I had a couple out of 48 that didn't work and one that got so hot a child had to set it down which is why I'm giving it a 4 star but other than than that they're great for one of our Christmas songs.

Most items of this type have a timer, this one does not. You must turn it off and on. Had I realized that I may not have purchased but continued to look for further options. No batties included. I have used them three times and I have one that has already started being ticky when you turn on and off. Time will tell if this was a good purchase.

These candles were perfect for what we needed them for. The people that used them with us commented there were better then real candles. I liked the fact they were easy to use. They are safer then real candles.

Super candle-y! Wonderful flickering. We got some for Christmas, and put them here and there on this and that, and on the bookshelves... no worries of burning up... and in a real wreath where it looks fabulous. (Sorry about the pic-not-so-good)Very quick and easy to assemble, warm flickering flame, comfortable to hold for marches and vigils...Every word I have is good.
