Skimpy enclosed paper work
Aside from the absolute minimum instruction type manual. Note the writing stating the country. Nigeria. Aside from the written instructions intended for Asian Buyers, Hopefully I will get the Dell Reliability in this laptop. Battery life, screen touch and overall rating.....Too soon to say! That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

A real piece of merde. Breathe on it and the the screen will go somewhere else. Microsoft never stops trying to sell you stuff with annoying popups.

Sold with bad battery
This is what I am dealing with not even 2 weeks of having the computer. Was sold a computer with a bad battery that’s not even compatible to the laptop. I’m SO thankful I purchased the warranty but I will be out a computer for 2+ weeks due to Dell having to fix this issue. When I received the computer, I noticed it had a LOUD fan noise and got hot really fast. Apparently the battery they sent me can catch on fire easily so Dell said to send it in asap. I am NOT happy!!

O computador é muito bom e a tecnologia de tela sensível ao toque deveria ser algo presente em outros modelos. Só senti falta do teclado retroiluminado. Por ser preto, seria legal ter esse recurso - como tenho no outro.
