I’ve recently had a baby, and cannot justify the time away from home to be in the gym, so was looking for a home gym replacement I could slot into nap times.I took a punt on this because I’d seen them all over social media, but did not have high hopes. Went for the slightly more expensive one in the hopes it would be better than the rest.It is a killer workout! I was sweating in minutes and came away with sore muscles which means it really hit where I was aiming for.Packs away into handy bag, equipment seems very sturdy and good quality. Haven’t used for long, but this seems to be a perfect solution.Very happy with this purchase.

It is ok but it is too short to place at the door for pull ups as shown in video.

Hotel/resort gyms are never great & being a person of routine that means travelling can break my gym periodization easily which makes me a grumpy man. So between this product & mediocre gyms on my travels I can still keep some magic alive but still between them both there's no substitute for one real gym & also forget about full range power development and time under tension but I do like it and it's well made although the two 45lb bands are not evenly matched in resistance so bilateral exercises are out and only uni lateral exercises are available if maintaining structural balance is a priority which with any hardcore gymie it should be. If they start selling these bands separately I would buy one though because it's worth fixing.I hope that helps, happy lifting.

Bought this as the same time as a gymproluxe, this is by far the better product. Quality is good and when I had a minor issue with a band, the customer service was amazing and they sorted it instantly.

This is an extremely expensive set (even on sale which is when I bought it) and it doesn't come with a lot of attachments or variety of resistance bands for that money. Only 4 actually (2 x 45lbs and 2 x 20lbs). One of the 45lbs was a much weaker resistance than the other which obviously made using the kit properly impossible. Customer services were terrible. To give them their due they may have performed better if there wasn't a language barrier but in the end after lots of back and forth I gave up and returned the product for a cheaper more versatile option.

I was very impressed with kit for the money, extremely sturdy, would have liked slightly clearer instructions on using door loop, but can't fault it.

This INNSTAR portable gym is a good product allowing you to carry out a number of different exercises. The kit contains a number of items including :1 Detachable Bar1 270LBS Bench Press Band2 45LBS Resistance Bands2 20LBS Resistance Bands2 Door Anchor2 Handles2 Ankle Cuffs2 Foot Straps1 Travel Storage Bag1 Workout ManualDespite the amount of kit that is supplied I was surprised at how compact it all stores away into a neat carry case making it really ideal for anybody who is on the move with work or simply so it’s not lying around all over the place when not in use. The kit can be used to carry out all bench pressing exercises by attaching the 270LBS bench press band to the bar. You can also attach the machine to any door with the door anchors to carry out the next set of exercises. You are supplied with 4 resistance bands to allow you to perform resistance band training. I found everything in working order when tested out and I think the quality is good as no isssues however I haven’t used this over any great length of time. The only issue I have with this item is the pricetag. I feel at £175 this set is slightly overpriced. With that being said I cannot fault the actual equipment itself. The workout manual that is provided also gives you full range of exercises that you can carry out if your relatively new to this sort and thing and would like some assistance.

I'm a little bit anxious going to a gym as I have never been before . But this I think is best for me at least I can use this as much as I can without being to anxious around other people

We got this for a long trip we have coming up.It arrives in a gift worthy box, packed inside its own carry bag.It comes with directions that are clear and easy to understand.It seems to be made well.The components all feel sturdy.The bar is solid.The stitching and seams are straight and even.The bands feel rugged and long lasting.The bag is extremely durable.To test it out we attached it to the door and used it to do some pull ups.Next we used the foot strap to do some seated foot pull exercises.We did several other exercises, simulating a regular work out circuit.Everything worked well.It took some trial and error to get the right resistances.It was a good workout and especially considering it came in a bag we were really impressed.We would buy this again.

I’m not a young guy anymore but I exercise daily to keep my physical and mental health in check. That’s important for somebody like me who works in healthcare and technology. I also like traveling and a lot of times I either don’t have the gym available at the hotel or just don’t have one, period. I can just bring this everywhere I go. It’ll be always available. Easy to use, portable, seemingly strong.Compact bag? Yes? Light? After you use it enough, it will feel light. Just kidding. It’s not heavy by any standard but hey, there are some tools inside and the lightest ones are the resistance bands, and while, I wouldn’t carry most of my gym tools around, I can carry this 12-pound bag with everything that comes with it. It may not look like it’s a lot, but you have everything you need for most types of workout.So far, I haven’t used the bar on any doors since I see no need for the types of exercises I usually do, but it’s sturdy enough to be attached to anything, if that thing can handle the stress and weight. As I usually don’t discuss price of things, as you’re the one to evaluate whether you’re getting what you’re paying for, I won’t comment on that.Why four not five stars, you ask? While I have no issues with rating anything with five stars, especially because I rate based on quality, value, innovation, functionality and even looks ,but there is no innovation here. It’s just a good product. That’s enough for me, but for this type of tool, it would have to have something really different or outstanding to be granted five stars. But again, this is as good as I expected.

The bag is heavy duty and comes with a long strap. All of the accessories for easily inside. The bar is heavy and durable, and comes apart in three pieces to store easily. The weights I used were 15 for my arms and 45 for squats/leg strengthening. Everything clips on and off easily to switch out the accessories. My husband and I both took turns trying out the different weights and we were pleased to see that it accomandated us both (5'1" female vs 6'1" male).

I would recommend this for someone on the fence about getting into better shape and not having time or money for (a membership) personally I have a home gym so I am always using kettlebells and Dumbbells so using this I felt movement would be difficult and I don’t really like stationary exercises I enjoy complex movements. A beginner would do great with this product I might just use this for light days or when traveling as some places don’t have gyms for customers.

I was a little skeptical at first when I ordered this. But it is a game changer. The booklet it comes with makes everything easy to help show all the different work outs you can do and how to use the equipment. The products is sturdy and very well made. You can tell by the quality it will last a very long time!!
