Would this fit a matebook d14 2020 (as distinct from the matebook 14) ? i can't find any sleeves with stands which specify this particular laptop .

Quality isn’t great. Look elsewhere would be my advice

Will it accommodate a MacBook m2 13.6”?

Yes, of course 14 inch sleeve will fit MacBook m2 13.6”,13.3 inch sleeve case will also fit your MacBook m2 13.6.

Can you change the stand round so that the mouse pad is on the left? I’m left handed and it’s no good on the right hand side!! Thanks!

Hi, you cannot change the position of the mouse.
