The build quality is excellent and at first I thought the ARGB fan was just a gimmick, but it comes through on the back of my daughters Lian Li 011D case and looks awesome.Also Red Dragon includes a power supply tester and MSI does not, which would have been nice to have.The cables are not the highest quality I have ever seen, they are good and work just fine though. Overall this power supply compares very well to my Corsair RM1000x. While the Corsair has better cables, both power supplies generally are very close on all other features. Both use Japanese CAPs, both are quiet and considering the Red Dragon power supply was considerably cheaper I would have to lean towards the Red Dragon if I ever need another power supply. I have it hooked to an apc backup incase this happens so my pc doesnt lose power and reset. This one has been flawless since buying it and has an awesome RBG light too.. was worried about trusting the brand but it is great. I steer away from TUF gaming now.
