I saw this desk on desertcart, and I thought it could be perfect, and It's honestly better than I imagined! First of all, this is literally the FIRST time in my life I bought something that needed to be assembled that came with excellent instructions and was very EASY to assemble! Seriously! Every screw or part is labelled and in its own pouch which is connected to all of the other pouches in alphabetical order! The picture instructions were very easy to follow! Generally, I am not great at assembling things, but I put this together EASILY in 20 minutes! It is sturdy and very easy to adjust the height up or down. The keyboard tray slides in and out smoothly, the wheels lock in place and it rolls smoothly when they are not locked! There is a even a nice caddy for a pen on the top of the desk! I am using it with a laptop and a wireless keyboard and trackpad, but if you have wired accessories, the back of the keyboard tray has a nice cutout so the desk can be flush with the wall and the wires have an opening! I will note one caveat, as you can see form my pictures, I am using this with my Macbook. This desk is perfect for using with a laptop, but If you want to use an external monitor as well (assuming you have a slim profile monitor), you would have to place the monitor at the back of the desk and put the laptop with the lid closed on top of the desk in front of the monitor because the keyboard tray is not large enough to put the laptop on the tray behind the keyboard. I included a second picture with the keyboard tray fully extended so you can see there is not enough room for a laptop behind the keyboard. I suppose you could put the monitor closer to you and put the laptop with the lid closed behind the monitor, but in my opinion, the monitor would be way too close to be comfortable in that configuration! Alternately, although I would not do it personally, I guess you could put the laptop on the floor. Other than that, I really cannot find any flaws with this product! This is genuinely one of the best purchases I have made! If you are on the fence, just buy it, you will love it! All of the hardware was labeled, so it was easy to follow along with the (mostly) text-free manual. A hex key with a screwdriver on one end was included. The only time I had any trouble was attaching the brackets that hold the keyboard tray. Luckily I had an offset Philips-head screwdriver that made it easier. (To be clear, you can mount mount them the included tool, but the offset screwdriver took way less time and effort.) Assembly aside, it works very well. It rolls smoothly, and the height adjustment is easy, with a wide range. The keyboard tray slides smoothly, but feels a little flimsy. The only real issue isn't a major one. When I'm using it sitting down. the angled base makes it kind of awkward to place my feet comfortably.
