This little router has an insane amount of processing power, my internet connection is a fiber 500/250 link, and this thing handles it like it's nothing, literally perfect scores on all bufferbloat benchmarks, I had zero issues with the initial setup, I just followed the OpenWRT guide (openwrt.org/toh/friendlyarm/nanopi_r4s_v1). You will need a separate power adapter and an SD card as those don't come with it.
