Schmeckt gut, nicht zu süß, ist aber sehr teuer
Ich habe das Proteinpulver in der Schoko-Variante getestet. Der Geschmack ist echt lecker, erinnert an normalen Kakao und ist nicht so extrem künstlich süß wie viele andere Pulver. Ich habe es mit Mandelmilch gemischt und es hat sich im Shaker komplett ohne Klumpen aufgelöst. Die Dose kam mit einem sehr festen Schutzsiegel an. Sie wiegt ungeöffnet mit Löffel 388 g, die Menge von 300 g Pulver sollte also passen. Allerdings ist die Dose optisch nur zur Hälfte gefüllt, da wurde unnötig viel Luft verpackt. Ein Messlöffel ist dabei, ein gestrichener Löffel entspricht den angegebenen 30 g. Wichtiger Hinweis: In der Online-Beschreibung steht was von 97 % Proteingehalt und dem Farbstoff Betenrot. Auf meiner Schoko-Dose steht aber korrekterweise Kakaopulver und ein Anteil von 90 % (die 97% beziehen sich vermutlich auf das neutrale Pulver). Insgesamt ein gutes Produkt, aber der reguläre Preis von 80 Euro für ein Kilogramm Whey-Protein ist absurd hoch.

Great product and great customer service
Initially, I was disappointed because I was sent the wrong product. And because the product was opened before I goy home I was upset that I just wasted my money. All I did was just complain that they shipped me the wrong product and that life sucks, and I tried to forget about it. A couple of weeks later not only did they send me the right product but they threw in 2 other products that were expensive for free. I was so delighted by this customer service I was speechless. Then I got to try the WHEY chocolate and it was perfect for what I needed. Any the extra products were just loved by my kids so needless to say I will be buying all of my whey and any other similar products from Kinetica. Way to go Kinetica, you made a loyal customer out of me by correcting the error in such a gracious way. Bravo!
